The Executive Chef of Chapulín Mexico City, José Luis Sánchez Ronquillo, has honed his craft in prestigious restaurants in Mexico and Spain, including the renowned Martín Berasategui. With extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry, he refined his techniques at leading institutions such as the Culinary Institute of America and the Butcher Academy of Wagyu in Japan, where he specialized in working with premium ingredients.
The Executive Chef of Chapulín Monterrey, Griselda Rodríguez, brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has led hotel and restaurant openings and operations across Mexico and the Caribbean, working with international brands such as Hyatt, Palace, and Karisma. Her culinary approach draws from the roots of Mexican gastronomy, reinterpreting pre-Hispanic flavors and techniques through a contemporary perspective.
The little ones also have a great time at our Mexican restaurant. We offer a program of activities for children aged 3 to 12, including games, drawing activities, movies, and crafts, all supervised by qualified personnel to ensure their safety, which is our top priority. Additionally, we provide a children’s buffet inside the Chiquiclub®.
